Psychological Support · The Hague & Online
For expats and international adults seeking clarity, balance and meaningful change.
The Name
"You do not need to be fixed — you need to be understood."
The name Wabi Sabi Psy is inspired by the Japanese philosophy of wabi-sabi,
which values simplicity, authenticity, and the natural flow of life. In therapy, this translates
into creating a space where your experiences can be explored with curiosity, respect, and compassion.
This approach emphasises depth over quick solutions and authenticity over perfection —
allowing change to unfold in a way that feels real, grounded, and lasting.
Is This You?
What I Offer
A safe and supportive space to explore emotional difficulties, life challenges and personal growth.
Structured, respectful space where both partners can feel heard, understood and supported.
Group sessions offer a shared space for growth, connection and mutual support.
This practice is not suitable for acute suicidality or crisis situations, severe eating disorders, severe substance dependence, psychotic disorders, high levels of aggression or violence.
In such cases, please contact your GP or appropriate emergency services.
How I Work
Therapy offers both a space for reflection and understanding, and a space for practical change. We explore thoughts, emotions, behaviours, deeper emotional patterns, relational dynamics, and the impact of past experiences — while also developing tools and strategies for daily life.

About Me
I am a psychologist originally from Romania, currently based in the Netherlands, with personal and professional experience of living in India and France. This journey has given me a deep understanding of what it means to live between cultures, languages, and identities — and the complexity, richness, and sometimes uncertainty that comes with it.
My interest in inner life began at a young age, when I discovered the work of Carl Jung and became fascinated by the depth of the human psyche. This early curiosity later guided me toward studying psychology and psychotherapy.
Living in different countries has brought both challenges and meaningful growth — experiences of adaptation, belonging, and transformation that continue to inform how I work today. My approach is grounded in openness, respect, and sensitivity to each person’s unique path.
Inspired by the philosophy of wabi-sabi, I value the imperfect, evolving, and deeply human aspects of our lives. I see therapy as a space where difficulties are not only addressed at the surface, but explored and understood at a deeper level, so they can gradually ease and transform, allowing for lasting and meaningful change.
I have experience working with international clients of different ages and backgrounds, and I offer sessions in English, French, and Romanian.
I'd feel honoured to meet you and to accompany you in exploring your story.
