Therapy group

Heal and grow together” Therapy Group

This therapy group is for everyone: from people who would like to improve their interpersonal skills to those with emotional issues such as depression or anxiety, as well as those struggling with loss, trauma, cultural adjustment difficulties, loneliness or low self-esteem.

Group therapy focuses on interpersonal interactions and aims both healing and lasting positive change. It is not only a valuable source of support and developing coping skills, but also of personal growth. In a therapy group, the focal point is more therapeutic and process-oriented than in a support group. Participants are working on specific therapeutic goals and their problems are addressed on a deeper level.

Benefits of group therapy

Group therapy facilitates the resolution of emotional and relationship difficulties and the change of unhelpful behaviors, supports people in times of transitions and change and helps them to improve their communication skills and connect with others in a more authentic way.

People having relationship problems such as conflicts, intimacy and trust issues or difficulties in creating or maintaining relationships benefit particularly from group therapy.
